Most in-stock items currently ship 3-7 business days after the order is placed online. Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or United States Holidays as business days.
Express Shipping is available for most products in our store, and is only available for orders in the contiguous United States. Express Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates for either FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2-day. We ship Monday-Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.
We ship most US orders via FedEx or USPS depending on the size and weight of the order, as well as which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship available items as soon as possible.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded. All orders are currently shipped within a 3-7 business day order processing time.
There will be an additional charge for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Most items shipped to AK and HI require additional processing time. Some oversized or heavy items cannot ship outside of the contiguous United States. Please contact customer service if you live in either of these states and have any further questions about shipping.
Canada shipping rates include duty and brokerage. Free shipping discounts and offers listed on our website or on social media do not apply to Canada shipments.
All items ship to Canada from the United States. All prices shown are in US dollars. Your order's shipping cost will include any added shipping and handling costs incurred, as well as duties, taxes, and brokerage. Free shipping discounts do not apply to Canada shipments.
For the Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto and Vancouver metropolitan areas, allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of stocked items. For other metropolitan areas, allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of stocked items. Rush delivery is not available. Select items cannot ship to Canada. Please contact Customer Service for further information.
Do you need your order to arrive by the 24th? Domestic orders placed by the dates listed below and shipped to addresses that can accept FedEx deliveries should arrive on or before December 24.
Transit time will vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes. We cannot guarantee a delivery date for orders shipping to these addresses.
